Frequently Asked Questions

There are no age restrictions to our facility; however, children ages five and under are not permitted to play our games.  We do not recommend pinball for children under the age of 10 due to the complexity of the game-play and the overall height and size of the games since you need to be able to see the game field. We do require that minors ages 13 and under must have adult supervision at all times.

No.  Pets are not allowed out of respect for others that may have pet allergies. Also, pinball machines have many flashing lights and noises that could hurt or upset a pet.

Yes. When you buy an Unlimited Admission, you will receive a wristband that is good for that day. As long as you don’t remove the wristband, you are welcome to leave and return as many times as you want that day.  If you buy a One-Hour Admission you will get a wrist band to play for 1 hour from the time you pay.  If you leave and come back your time does not stop and restart again.

No, we do not offer childcare services.  Minors are welcome but we do require that minors ages 13 and under have adult supervision at all times.

We are a smoke-free facility and smoking and vaping is NOT allowed anywhere inside the building, however there is designated smoking area outside in compliance with New York State requirements. If you choose to smoke or vape in the designated area, please use the receptacles to throw away any trash.

Yes of course! We are always excited to share our love of pinball and help people understand how to play. There are also numerous websites that provide game rules, as well as video gameplay. A few great sites for more information about pinball are  www.ipdb.org and  www.ifpapinball.com

No. We are primarily a pinball hall. Our facility does have other recreational games such as a few arcade games, a pool table, bubble hockey, darts and foosball, however, our main focus is pinball machines.

Yes. We have snacks and non-alcoholic beverages available for sale. If you are coming for a special event or private party there are other food and drink alternatives.

Two Cousins Pinball (2CP) Code of Conduct

1.  Treat each machine and each other respectfully.

  • No abusive handling such as punching, slapping, kicking, lifting, tipping, or rocking a machine, or hitting the glass in any way.
  • Never crowd the player or touch any part of the pinball machine during someone else's play.

2.   Cursing of any kind will not be tolerated; this is a family-friendly environment.

3.   Do not place any food or beverages on or near the pinball glass.

4.   If you start a game, please finish your game.

  • After finishing each game, look around to see if others are waiting to play it. If so, please allow the next person(s) to play. If you want to play more, please go to the back of the line and wait your turn again. Playing a multiplayer game is a good way to socialize!

5.   Report any problems you find by telling a Staff Member.

  • If a ball gets stuck during play, notify the staff to get it released, or you will risk tilting your game progress. The staff will do everything possible to release the ball without tilting, but if the game does tilt, that's part of the experience.
  • Pinball playfields, by nature, are very violent areas of play. ANY issues during gameplay (loose plastics, loose screw(s), slingshot or pop bumper constantly firing) needs to STOP PLAY and be reported IMMEDIATELY, or severe damage to the pinball machine may result.
  • If in doubt about anything that seems out of the ordinary, tell someone right away.

6.   No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside the facility.

  •  Smoking or vaping is only allowed in the designated smoking area located outside the building in compliance with New York State requirements.

7.    Have fun!

**FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE ABOVE RULES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EXPULSION FROM THE FACILITY**
